Tick tock, goes the clock.

“I have to hurry! Hurry I must! Time waits for no one!” she exclaimed.  She headed out the door and grabbed her parasol and tiny purse.

Tick tock, goes the clock.

“Oh dear, oh dear. I must not keep the Hatter waiting, he might go mad!”

Tick tock, goes the clock.

She pranced around like a horse to keep up with the clock, but her world did not favor her that afternoon.

The Hatter went mad, the tea was cold and there she was, staring aimlessly at her fob watch.
